Modern, affordable, and above all: completely Iki. That’s how we describe our U–me design. You probably recognize the soft shapes and the wave pattern that instantly gives you that Japanese Iki feeling. Thanks to the sleek line at the back of the bike seat, inspired by the automotive industry, this unique design has won an iF Design Award. This line not only gives a modern look but also contributes to the sturdiness of the bike seat. The design of the U–me rear seat focuses on head and side protection, giving you a sense of security when you’re ready to embark on an adventure together.
Mounting for bikes without a suitable luggage rack
Attach the supplied frame block to the frame tube under your saddle using the frame bracket. With the sturdy knob on the side of the U–me bike seat, you can easily mount the rear seat on the frame bracket. Extra handy: you can remove the seat, including the frame bracket, with just one click. This way, your bike is completely free when you’re not using the bike seat.
Unique 5-point harness system: safe and user-friendly
The 5-point safety buckle secures both the shoulders and legs, ensuring your little one stays firmly in place during a bike ride, even if they like to play with the shoulder straps. The left and right parts of the 5-point safety buckle can be clicked into the buckle separately. You can close it with one hand, leaving the other hand free to keep the bike steady. Safety first! The buckle can also be flipped forward, freeing up the seat area so your child doesn’t sit on the buckle. This gives you all the space you need to place your child in the seat.
Weatherproof in all seasons
Your front seat won’t stay wet after it rains. The material of the cushion is water-repellent, and rainwater naturally drains away under the seat. Perfect for English weather and traffic!
Easily adjustable for optimal comfort
The U–me rear bike seat is fully adjustable for your child. The height of the footrests can be set in 4 positions, and you can easily click them from one position to another. The shoulder straps can be adjusted to 3 different heights. This way, you can always make the U–me rear seat fit perfectly, even for the smallest ones! The shoulder and foot straps can be easily loosened or tightened.

The seat of the U-me rear seat has a gentle, curved shape, providing a cosy and secure seating experience for your child. The ergonomic design ensures a firm yet relaxed posture. This way, your child stays comfortably seated in the bike seat, even during longer rides!
