The Castelli Ride-Run Women's Shorts excel in all three legs of a triathlon, on courses of all lengths. A special clip lets you link them to the Castelli Free top to achieve marginal gains during the bike and swim legs, without sacrificing airflow on the run.
The specialised KISS Tri seat pad, meanwhile, offers cushioning during the bike leg, but is slender enough to be barely noticeable when you're running or swimming. Once you've left the water, it will dry quickly, further promoting race comfort.
The construction aims to optimise your experience, with flat lock stitching offering a smooth finish while integrated silicone grippers hold the legs firmly in place without digging in. Finally, a small back pocket lets you bring gels for an energy boost when needed.
