Technology

Cup and Bone Bearings

Smooth cornering and fluid rotation is unleashed by Campagnolo's Cup and Cone bearings. The angular nature of the bead contact allows the bearings to effectively displace lateral, radial, and axial loads and provides an optimum rolling resistance. Plus, with the Self-Lock aluminium nipples, any loosening under extreme vibration is prevented completely, making the Zonda GT a safe and convenient option.

2-Way Fit

Campagnolo's 2-way fit technology allows you to customise your ride - opt for a clincher during training sessions or switch to tubeless for race day. Embracing tubeless tyres ensures a smooth ride with increased comfort and safety. The 2-Way Fit system enables a hassle-free switch to classic tubes in case of a puncture, keeping you riding without interruption.

C23 Rims

Through extensive research, Campagnolo determined that their C23 rims are the perfect choice for riders aiming to improve their aerodynamics and control. The 'teardrop' shape of the rims ensure the smoothest flow of air during the ride and can fit both wide gravel tyres and thinner road tyres.

G3 Lacing

The 8x3 G3 lacing geometry revolutionises traditional wheel spoke setups. Featuring groups of three parallel straight-head spokes in a 2:1 ratio, a design which enhances tension balance, increases stiffness, and amps up power transmission. This unique layout also improved load bearing, minimises weight, and reduces vibrations and rim deformations.

RDB - Rim Dynamic Balance

The concept is simple and elegant: balancing the weight of the valve with the same weight on the diametrically opposite side.

Mo-Mag

The resulting lack of holes on the external rim profile means both stiffness and weight are improved.

Spokes

G3 technology applied also to the front wheel to improve performance with high braking power. Each wheel with 24 spokes in stainless steel with circular cross-section bladed to 1.6mm.
