The Halo Twin Rail II is much like the Classic Twin Rail, with a revised tread pattern featuring lowered "rails". This is a versatile option capable of performing well on a wide range of surfaces. The two central rails in the tread, from which the name is derived, are designed to reduce "buzz" on hard surfaces. The rest of the tread provides good traction on loose ground.
