Created to give younger racers complete protection and complete agility.
When freedom of movement matters most, and when reliable protection is a must, the VPD Air Comp jacket delivers. Specially constructed for junior ski racers, aged around 10-14 years, the VPD Air Comp Jacket Jr features eight separate VPD pads carefully placed for complete protection across the arms and shoulders and complete freedom of movement. Protection on the lower arms is removable, meaning the jacket can be used by riders who prefer hard-shell protectors on top of the speed suit. Longer arms with thumbhole openings keep the jacket in place, and mesh construction in the armpit provide maximum breathability.

- Shoulder blade protection: VPD Air inserts around the shoulders protect from impacts with gates.
- Hanger loop: A hanger look on the inner neck makes it easy to air the protector after use.
- Short-length jacket: To ensure maximum freedom of movement and minimum bulk, the jacket is shorter in length.
- Thumb holes: Thumb hole openings on the sleeves keep jacket and protectors securely in place throughout a range of body movements.
