Polar 3FX
Rudy Project's Polar 3FX technology protects our eyes from harmful UV rays and eliminates glare by selectively filtering non harmful wavelengths through the lens. Polar 3FX technology is designed to filter glare from car headlights, sun rays and the refracted light on wet or shiny surfaces like water and snow. Plus, the all new Polar 3FX lenses leatures the HDR filter which is fine tuned to maximize your safety by improving contrast in urban, mountain and road bike environments. The result is bright and comfortable vision, sharper details perception and brighter colors with considerable reduction in eye fatigue. The Polar 3FX Multilaser lenses are available in a vast array of colors allowing to benefit from superior visual comfort and to choose the color which best suits your style.
Made to eliminate glare, enhance contrast/colour perception and stay smudge-free, the Polar3FX HDR will keep you safer as you cycle in urban environments, or on surfaces of all types, by optimising the clarity of your surroundings.
Its HDR (High Dynamic Range) filter sharpens details and brightens colours by refining the intensity of various wavelengths of light going through it, for best contrast and visual performance.
Meanwhile, the hydrophobic Polar3FX coating minimises the formation of smudges, stains and fingerprints, while making the lens more durable.
ImpactX
Rudy Project's original lens, designed exclusively for the brand, the ImpactX is fitted for sporting use by its semi-rigid, impact resistant structure, its complete UV protection and seamless adaptation to changes in light intensity, as well as its high clarity and light comfort.
In its second iteration, ImpactX 2, this lens will now transition from low to high transmission in seconds, achieving a custom colour from clear glass, while protecting the eyes against not just shocks but chemicals and atmospheric elements, such as high winds.
This lens gives greater definition, colour accuracy and visual clarity than any polycarbonate equivalent, due to its minimal chromatic dispersion, surface reflection and 'rainbow effect'.
Finally, it is 16% lighter than CR-39 equivalents and 10% lighter than polycarbonate, so it is incredibly comfortable to wear and will put minimal stress on your frames. Strong, light, responsive, focused, and untroublesome, the ImpactX lens is perfect for use by dedicated sportspeople.
