As a new generation for 12mm thru-axle, it manages an amazing weight loss of 95g across comparable specifications, and only has 374g.

PL-7 Dynamo Hub 6V3W for 646~716mm

Each year, SP always commits to create the best! In bridging concepts to reality, Team SP focuses on the field of manufacturing technology. For the new 7 series, it is to shed 60g while matching the 6V3W output of 8X series. All SP products follow the 6V3W German Regulation, StVZO, which is compatible with standard products for hub dynamo like dynamo lights and converters for USB powered devices. As you can see from the table, the 8, 8X and 7 series offer similar power output from 0 to 25 km/hr. Above 25 km/hr, the 7 series has slightly higher output than 8 and 8X series. Therefore, SP Dynamo proudly present the 7 series to you!
