Time's ICLIC Float cleat with is highly popular with most of Time's riders. Float is measured by how much your foot can move (angularly and laterally) while clipped in and pedaling; this reduces strain on the knee during the pedaling motion. The XPRO and XPRESSO cleats have been developed for the Time XPRO and XPRESSO road bike pedal range. The cleats are designed to offer riders security, ergonomics, and performance. They allow angular and lateral freedom to respect the natural movements of your legs and joints. The ICLIC Float cleat, which offers +/-5° of angular float and +/-1.25mm of lateral float. You can also adjust the Q-factor (by switching the cleats), to optimise performance following 3 points: security, ergonomics and performance. The Bi material brings more durability when walking with the cleats. These cleats are the stock cleats included with all XPRO and XPRESSO pedals.

ICLIC
ICLIC Technology (Time Sport patent) makes clipping off the starting line or off the stop light easy. Time's patented pre-opened pedal engagement system allows easy, secure engagement every time. Clipping out pre-opens the system for the next step in. All XPRO and XPRESSO road pedals feature ICLIC technology.
