This Ritchey Stem Shim adaptor allows forks with a 25.4mm steerer to be used with 28.6mm (1 1/8") diameter stems. The alloy shim also converts forks with a 28.6mm (1 1/8") steerer to be compatible with 31.8mm (1 1/4") diameter stems.
