ImpactX

Rudy Project's original lens, designed exclusively for the brand, the ImpactX is fitted for sporting use by its semi-rigid, impact resistant structure, its complete UV protection and seamless adaptation to changes in light intensity, as well as its high clarity and light comfort.

In its second iteration, ImpactX 2, this lens will now transition from low to high transmission in seconds, achieving a custom colour from clear glass, while protecting the eyes against not just shocks but chemicals and atmospheric elements, such as high winds.

This lens gives greater definition, colour accuracy and visual clarity than any polycarbonate equivalent, due to its minimal chromatic dispersion, surface reflection and 'rainbow effect'.

Finally, it is 16% lighter than CR-39 equivalents and 10% lighter than polycarbonate, so it is incredibly comfortable to wear and will put minimal stress on your frames. Strong, light, responsive, focused, and untroublesome, the ImpactX lens is perfect for use by dedicated sportspeople.

The RP Optics lens is tailored to offer high visual quality in specific conditions, allowing you to perform well in any environment simply by swapping lenses. Optical and mechanical performance is a given, then added technologies and innovations refine each lens's action.

Each lens offers UV 400 protection and outstanding colour integrity, with filters, including antifog, hydrophobic and photochromic options, further sharpening the visuals and minimising distortion by reducing glare and enhancing the contrast.
